The venue brings together the Kunsthaus Biel Centre d’art Bienne, the Photoforum Pasquart, the Filmpodium Biel/Bienne and the Espace Libre. The Fondation Collection Centre d’art Pasquart, founded in 1991, manages a collection focused on artists with ties to the Biel/Bienne region.

What to see and do
Throughout the year, the art centre hosts temporary exhibitions of contemporary art. They showcase emerging artists as well as established creators, with a particular focus on local and regional talent. The spacious galleries allow visitors to move freely among the works.
The collection includes a major holding of works by painter and draughtsman Bruno Meier, as well as sets of graphic works by Heinz-Peter Kohler and Martin Ziegelmüller donated to the Foundation.
The Photoforum Pasquart has 300 m² dedicated to photography and awards the Photoforum prize every year. The Filmpodium, a non-commercial cinema since 1993, offers alternative programming, while the Espace Libre hosts performances and events.
